Shipping & Order Cancellation Policy

At CARIN, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process and order cancellation policy:

Shipping Fee: Free worldwide shipping
(All orders that include at least one eyewear piece are eligible for free shipping. Please note that our eyewear accessories are not available for individual purchase; they can only be acquired with the purchase of an eyewear product.)

Shipping Period: 6-14 days after processing

International Duties/Customs

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes imposed by their country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as they are determined by the destination country's customs policies.

Order Dispatch

  • Your order will be processed within 1-3 days once payment is successfully cleared. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in the processing time.
  • Changes to your order can be made by contacting our customer service team through our chatbot or by emailing cs@carin2014.com before the order is scheduled for delivery.
  • In the event that a delivery is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will issue a full refund. However, a new order will need to be placed through our website.

Changing Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible. Once the package is in transit, it may be difficult to make changes.

Delivery to Certain Regions

There are instances where certain regions may be inaccessible for delivery. If your location is affected, we will promptly notify you and issue a refund.

Package Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through your account page or by visiting this link.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by reaching out to our chatbot or by emailing cs@carin2014.com. However, please double-check your order before confirming payment to avoid any inconvenience.
