Return & Refund Policy

At CARIN, our foremost priority is ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. In the event that you find yourself less than satisfied for any reason, we offer a formal return and refund process to address your concerns.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Returned items must be in unused condition with no visible signs of wear.

How to Initiate a Return

You can easily initiate a self-serve return by clicking here or contacting our chatbot for assistance. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (KST). If you reach our chatbot outside of these hours, please provide your email address, and we'll get back to you promptly.

Return Shipping Fees

If the return is due to a factory defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping fees. However, if you are returning an item because you are not satisfied, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid shipping labels. Please arrange shipment back to us using your local provider.

Upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a full refund for your order.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund within 4 to 7 business days. Please note that the timing of the refund may vary depending on your financial institution.
